Precision Pre-Pinned Model Base System for Faster, Cleaner Stone Models
LEPIO E-Base is a disposable, pre-pinned dental model base system developed for removable-die stone models. Instead of building a bulky plaster base and completing separate drilling and pin-placement steps, technicians can select the case-specific E-Base shape, form the working model, segment the dies, and reseat them on the integrated pin structure. The result is a compact workflow designed to support repeatable model positioning during crown-and-bridge, implant, contact, occlusal, margin, contour, and finishing procedures.
